Japchae (Korean Glass Noodle Stir-Fry)


Ingredients: - sweet potato glass noodles - pork - egg - carrot - onion - bell pepper - mushroom - spinach - green onion

1. Boil and drain your japchae noodles.

 2. Cook your eggs into a thin sheet.

 3. Slice your eggs into strips.

 4. Cut your meat and cook in a pot or pan.

5. Cook the vegetables.

 6. Add in the sauce made of soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and sesame oil.

 7. Mix and Enjoy!
