aquafaba liquid
(aka chickpea water)

granulated sugar
(or honey)

teaspoon
culinary grade matcha
(optional: extra for dusting)

milk, hot or cold
(or your preference of milk)
Instructions
Whisk together the aquafaba liquid and sugar until opaque, glossy, and forms a firm peak, about 5-10 minutes depending how vigorous you whisk.
Add matcha powder and whisk for another 30 seconds until the matcha powder is thoroughly combined.
Pour the milk into a mug or glass, with or without ice, and top with the whipped matcha.
Optional: dust with matcha powder.
Stir and enjoy!
