Easy homemade brown sugar that only requires two ingredients that you probably have in your pantry.

granulated white sugar

unsulphured molasses
(preferably unsulphured)
Instructions
Add sugar and molasses in a bowl. Rub together with fingers until molasses is evenly distributed.
Store the homemade brown sugar in an airtight container until needed or use immediately.
Notes
To have brown sugar as fine as the store bought ones, simply pulse the sugar in a food processor for a few seconds before mixing it with molasses.
