Ingredients
1½cupscooked white rice
1canKorean tuna with hot pepper saucelight or double pepper (We like to use Dongwon brand)
(Optional) Fry an egg:In a frying pan over medium high heat, add enough oil to generously coat the bottom of the pan. Once the oil is hot, shimmering and just starting to smoke, crack the egg into the oil. Fry the egg until the whites are set and the bottom is golden brown and crispy. *Pro tip: Spoon hot oil over the whites of the egg. This will set the whites faster and give you a perfect sunny side up!*
Assemble the tuna rice bowl:In a serving bowl, add the hot white rice then top with a can of Korean spicy tuna. Place the fried egg over the tuna and drizzle with a tablespoon of sesame oil.
Garnish and serve:Sprinkle some sesame seeds and green onions on top, if you wish. Mix well with a spoon and enjoy!

When shopping for Korean spicy canned tuna, make sure to grab the ones labeled "with hot pepper sauce". The plain ones won't taste the same!
