These sweet chili brussel sprouts are roasted in the air fryer and are super easy to make with only 5 ingredients and literally 4 steps! This asian style brussel sprouts recipe is a great back pocket recipe for when you need a quick and easy vegetable side dish or for the holidays!
3tablespoonssweet chili sauce(if you prefer just enough sauce, reduce to 2 TBSP)
Instructions
Place the brussel sprouts that have been trimmed and cut in half in a mixing bowl, along with the oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well so that the brussels are evenly coated and place them into the air fryer basket.
Air fry on 375°F for about 15 minutes, or until the outer leaf of the brussel sprouts are dark brown and crispy and the brussels no longer taste raw.
Remove from the air fryer and place the air fried brussels back into a bowl. Add the sweet chili sauce and toss until evenly coated.
Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy while hot!

Brussel sprouts - Please peel away any questionable and undesirable outer layers of your brussel sprouts and trim off any excess root of your brussels.
Texture - Based on our cook time and temperature, these brussels are just cooked with a slightly crunchy and crispy texture. If you prefer yours softer, increase the cook time by 5 to 10 minutes and decrease the temperature to 350°F.
